Services Job Seeker Services: Our Website allows job seekers to search and apply for jobs posted by employers. Certain features, such as saving jobs or uploading a resume, may require registering for an account.

Employer Services: We offer subscription plans for employers to post job openings on our Website. Monthly plans can be canceled at any time from your account dashboard. Annual plans offer discounted pricing, featured employer, and are billed upfront for the full year term. Annual plans also receive a free 2 Columns X 3” Equal Employment Opportunity Ad in Diversity Employment Journal, 30 days after annual plan begins go to our EOE Order Form Page and fill out the form. Purchases & Payments: Any purchases made through our Website are subject to these Terms. All fees are disclosed prior to purchase. You are responsible for providing complete and accurate billing information. By submitting payment information, you authorize us to charge your payment method for all applicable fees. If automatic billing fails for any reason, we reserve the right to terminate your account and access to our Website.

Refunds: Refunds are available for Annual subscription plans within 30 days of purchase. Should the user require a refund, simply notify us within the 30 days at https://diversityemployment.com/contact. Monthly subscriptions can be canceled at any time but are not eligible for refunds.

Communications PreferencesBy registering for an account, you agree to receive transactional communications related to your account, including email confirmations. You can opt-out of promotional emails through your account settings or using the unsubscribe link in any promotional communication. We do not sell or share personal data with third-party advertisers or marketers.
