What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Call donors on assigned lists to gain commitment for donation
• Meet calls per hour standards and follow scripts & talking points as directed
• Schedule donor procedure appointments based on donor commitments
• Maintain accurate records and update donor call profiles through data entry
• Provide high levels of customer service during all outbound and inbound calls

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Pleasant voice and professional manner
• Previous experience in customer service or telemarketing is preferred
• Ability to effectively communicate with the public over the phone
• Flexibility to work unscheduled or long hours in response to crises or special blood needs

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• One year of experience in a customer service or telemarketing position
