What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Call donors on assigned lists to gain commitment for donation
- Meet calls per hour standards and follow scripts & talking points as directed
- Schedule donor procedure appointments based on donor commitments
- Maintain accurate records and update donor call profiles through data entry
- Provide high levels of customer service during all outbound and inbound calls
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Pleasant voice and professional manner
- Previous experience in customer service or telemarketing is preferred
- Ability to effectively communicate with the public over the phone
- Flexibility to work unscheduled or long hours in response to crises or special blood needs

- One year of experience in a customer service or telemarketing position
