Essential Personnel is hiring a Welder to work directly with our client s General Manager, creating top-quality products through precision, skill, and craftsmanship.Welder Requirements:
1 year of welding experience preferred (training available for motivated individuals)
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to safety and quality
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Comfortable in a fast-paced production environment
Clear communicator with strong teamwork skills
Organized, adaptable, and able to juggle multiple tasksWelder Responsibilities:
Fabricate metal products by assembling and welding components
Set up materials for welding using detailed specifications
Align parts using calipers, rulers, clamps, and other precision tools
Operate MIG and wire welders on various metals and alloys
Ensure every weld meets high quality and safety standards
Meet production goals while keeping safety the top priority
