Job description:

Responsibilities:

  • Uphold the highest standards of service excellence and contribute to a positive and luxurious guest experience.
  • Assist with reservations, check in guests, make them feel at home and offer upgraded services that may be available.
  • Anticipate guest needs and proactively address any concerns before they arise and ensure seamless service throughout their stay.
  • Handle guest requests with professionalism, discretion, and a positive attitude.
  • Build rapport with guests and foster long-term relationships.
  • During specified hours, respond to potential booking inquiries and guest outreach.
  • Collaborate effectively with the team to ensure seamless VIP service.
  • Provide comprehensive knowledge of our properties, amenities, and VIP offerings/discounts.
  • Maintain accurate records and document guest interactions and preferences.
  • Learn, further develop, and communicate company services and policies and stay on top of policy changes.
  • Work on Streamline onboarding, IE email automation, work order, inventory, pricing, tools, etc….
  • Communicate cleaning needs/requests/issues to cleaning crew weekly AND address damages.
  • Make an introduction to a 3rd party concierge service provider when a request is made.
  • Become totally familiar and have total access to all technology/home automation.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Preferably with 2+ experience on VIP services, Property Management, and customer service.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a genuine passion for exceeding expectations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with guests from diverse backgrounds.
  • Hard working, excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Discreet and professional demeanor with the ability to handle confidential information.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to providing exceptional service.
  • Ability to work flexible hours and to cover weekends from Friday to Sunday. Willing to be flexible with scheduling based on bookings and property needs, can be an “on-call” basis.
  • Rate: $8/hr USD
  • Start Date: ASAP
