VP of Sales (IoT, GPS Tracking, Telematics)
Vice President of Sales | BrickHouse GPS | Remote (East Coast hours) BrickHouse GPS has been a trusted leader in GPS tracking and fleet telematics for more than 20 years. We run a profitable, growing SaaS business serving thousands of B2B customers across fleet management, asset tracking, and logistics. We are entering an exciting new chapter and are looking for a hands-on VP of Sales to lead our direct B2B sales effort.This is a full ownership role. You will set strategy, build and coach the team, own the pipeline, and be accountable for hitting net new MRR targets every quarter.What you will do:
- Lead all direct B2B sales activity and own quarterly MRR goals
- Manage and develop a team of inbound, outbound, and account management reps
- Partner closely with B2B marketing to optimize lead quality, CAC, and conversion
- Own HubSpot pipeline hygiene, forecasting, and reporting to leadership
- Drive the continued shift from hardware-focused to subscription-first revenue
What we are looking for:
- 10+ years in B2B SaaS or technology sales, with 5+ years leading a team
- Proven track record converting inbound leads and closing net new business in SMB or mid-market
- Experience in fleet management, logistics, asset tracking, or adjacent verticals is a strong advantage
- Hands-on, data-driven, accountable — you manage by the numbers and fix problems fast
- Comfortable in a lean, growth-stage company (15-100 employees) where you build as much as you manage
- Strong HubSpot CRM experience preferred
