Core Responsibilities
- Lead the design and execution of brand‑driven commercial plans that align brand positioning with pricing, packaging, channels, and customer experience.
- Partner with Brand, Marketing, Product, Sales, and E‑commerce teams to translate brand narrative into offers, campaigns, and SKU strategies that drive trial and conversion.
- Own brand‑related go‑to‑market launches, limited editions, collaborations, and activations that generate both awareness and sales.
- Define how brand equity is monetized through product range, bundles, services, and premiumization.
- Measure and track the commercial ROI of brand investments (campaigns, sponsorships, storytelling, activations) and optimize accordingly.
- Serve as the bridge between brand and P&L, ensuring that brand decisions are grounded in customer demand and financial accountability.
