Virtual Customer Account Coordinator (Entry Level)
Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Virtual Customer Account Coordinator to join our dynamic team. Duties
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist clients with account inquiries, billing issues, and service requests
- Provide exceptional customer support through various communication channels including phone, email, and chat
- Maintain accurate data entry and account information updates within company systems using Microsoft Office tools
- Assist clients with product or service questions, troubleshooting, and problem resolution
- Follow established call center protocols to ensure professional phone etiquette and effective communication
- Conduct analysis of customer data to identify trends or issues requiring escalation or further action
- Support sales initiatives by promoting relevant products or services when appropriate
- Document all interactions thoroughly in the CRM system for future reference and quality assurance
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are highly desirable
- Previous experience in customer service, call center operations, or sales is advantageous but not mandatory
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and basic computer skills
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills with a professional demeanor
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
- Data entry accuracy and typing speed are important for managing customer information effectively
- Analytical skills to assess customer needs and identify appropriate solutions
- Experience with cash handling is a plus but not required
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision
