Requires an associate’s degree, 1-3 years’ experience in social services or youth intervention, and a valid driver’s license. Skills include communication, community networking, record-keeping, and basic technical proficiency. The role involves community-based work, light physical activity, and no supervisory responsibilities. The work environment is community-focused, with an emphasis on engagement, documentation, and resource coordination.
