Vice President Operations

In this role, you won’t just be managing a department; you will be architecting the future of our delivery capabilities. You’ll oversee everything from warehousing and last-mile delivery to vendor management and process optimization, ensuring we meet our aggressive growth targets without sacrificing efficiency or quality.
What You’ll Do

Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute an operational roadmap that aligns with long-term company goals.

Operational Excellence: Continuous improvement of the supply chain lifecycle, focusing on cost reduction and throughput maximization.

P&L Management: Own the operations budget, identifying variances and implementing corrective actions to protect the bottom line.

Team Empowerment: Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing operations team across multiple sites/regions.

Technology Integration: Oversee the implementation and optimization of WMS, TMS, and ERP systems to drive data-led decision-making.

Compliance & Safety: Ensure all facilities and processes meet rigorous safety standards and regulatory requirements.

Who You Are

A Seasoned Pro: 10 years of progressive leadership experience in logistics, distribution, or supply chain management.

Data-Driven: You don’t just “have a feeling”; you use KPIs and lean methodologies (Six Sigma, Kaizen) to prove your impact.

Change Agent: You have a proven track record of leading organizations through digital transformations or rapid scaling phases.

A Natural Leader: You possess the “soft skills” to manage diverse teams and the “hard skills” to negotiate complex vendor contracts.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or Engineering (MBA preferred).
