Role Description
The Vice President of Sales will lead sales strategy, drive revenue growth, and nurture key client relationships in this full-time remote role. Core responsibilities include developing and executing sales plans, managing sales teams, overseeing account management functions, and identifying new business development opportunities. The successful candidate will align sales operations with organizational goals, ensuring team performance and consistent achievement of targets.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management, with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue goals.
- Strong skills in Account Management and nurturing client relationships to ensure sustained business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Experience in Sales Operations, including process optimization, forecasting, and reporting to drive organizational efficiency.
- Proficiency in Business Development, identifying and capitalizing on new growth opportunities to expand market reach.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to motivate and manage remote sales teams effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred).
- Prior experience in financial services or investment-related industries is a plus.
