Vice President of Sales
Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Vice President of Sales. The Vice President of Sales will oversee and develop the sales strategy, manage and mentor the sales team, and drive business growth by identifying and securing new opportunities. Responsibilities include managing key accounts, improving sales operations, developing client relationships, monitoring sales performance, and collaborating with other departments to achieve organizational goals.

- Proven expertise in Sales and Business Development to drive revenue growth and expand market opportunities
- Strong skills in Sales Management and Account Management, including mentoring and improving team performance
- Experience in Sales Operations to optimize processes and ensure efficient workflow
- Strategic vision and leadership abilities to align sales initiatives with organizational goals
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Familiarity with real estate markets and trends is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
- Ability to work seamlessly in a remote environment while leading a dynamic team.
