Vice President of Manufacturing

An industrial organization is seeking a Vice President of Manufacturing to oversee plant operations, production performance, and continuous improvement initiatives across multiple facilities. This executive will drive operational excellence, production scalability, and safety compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead manufacturing operations across multiple plants

• Drive lean manufacturing and Six Sigma initiatives

• Improve throughput, efficiency, and operational KPIs

• Oversee capital projects and facility expansion initiatives

• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards

• Lead and develop manufacturing leadership teams

Qualifications

• 15 or more years of manufacturing leadership experience

• Strong industrial or production operations background

• Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma expertise required

• Multi-site leadership experience preferred

• Engineering or operations degree preferred
