Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Vice President of Finance. The VP of Finance will oversee all financial planning, analysis, and reporting activities, ensuring alignment with strategic goals. Responsibilities include managing the preparation of financial statements, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and guiding the organization’s financial strategy. This role will also involve leading finance teams and collaborating closely with other departments to optimize business performance and support decision-making processes.

• Proven expertise in Financial Planning and creating strategic financial plans
• In-depth understanding of Financial Statements and Financial Reporting
• Strong Analytical Skills for evaluating data trends and making informed decisions
• Extensive knowledge and experience in Finance and related best practices
• Strong leadership and communication skills for effective team management
• Proficiency in financial systems and tools, with a tech-savvy mindset
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA certification is a plus
• Experience in scaling finance operations in a growing organization or similar environment
