Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Vice President of Construction. The Vice President will oversee construction projects, ensuring their successful execution, budget compliance, and high-quality standards. Responsibilities include leading construction management activities, developing project budgets, managing contracts and negotiations, and directing project planning and execution. The role also involves managing teams, implementing effective processes, and mitigating risks to consistently deliver on company goals.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in Construction, Construction Management, and Project Management
  • Strong skills in Contract Negotiation and Budgeting related to construction projects
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams and execute large-scale projects to completion efficiently and effectively
  • Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills with a focus on quality and deadlines
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities to manage stakeholders and support team development
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously is highly preferred
  • Familiarity with construction software and tools will be a significant advantage
