We’re partnering with a growing but well established manufacturing company seeking a Vice President of Human Services to lead and elevate their people strategy across multiple sites.

This is a high-impact executive role for someone who thrives in operational environments and knows how to build scalable HR functions that support both frontline and corporate teams.

What You’ll Be Responsible For:

  • Leading all aspects of HR, including talent acquisition, employee relations, compliance, and organizational development
  • Partnering with executive leadership to drive workforce strategy aligned with business goals
  • Building and optimizing HR systems, policies, and processes across multiple locations
  • Developing leadership pipelines and strengthening company culture
  • Overseeing compensation, benefits, and performance management programs

What We’re Looking For:

  • 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, ideally within manufacturing or industrial environments
  • Proven experience supporting multi-site operations
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and employee relations
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to execute in a fast-paced, hands-on setting
  • Experience leading and developing HR teams
