The Vice President of Corporate Transformation is one of the core leaders of a company’s strategic transformation and major change projects, fully responsible for driving business restructuring, organizational upgrading, and operational model optimization. As a key strategic partner to the CEO and senior management team, this position ensures the company achieves continuous innovation and enhanced competitiveness in a rapidly changing market environment.

Main Responsibilities:

I. Transformation Strategy Planning and Top-Level Design

Assist the CEO in formulating the company’s transformation strategy and medium-to-long-term development roadmap;

Clarify transformation goals, phased achievements, and key milestones;

Identify opportunities for business model upgrading and structural optimization;

Drive the decomposition and implementation of the strategy within the organization.

II. Major Transformation Project Management

Lead company-level transformation projects (organizational restructuring, process reengineering, digital upgrades, etc.);

Establish transformation project governance mechanisms and progress management systems;

Coordinate cross-departmental resources to ensure projects progress according to plan;

Report transformation progress and results to management regularly.

III. Organizational and Operational Model Optimization

Drive organizational structure optimization and reshaping of the responsibility system;

Optimize end-to-end business processes and operational efficiency;

Build an operational model adapted to future strategies;

Establish a continuous improvement and innovation mechanism. IV. Digitalization and Technology Empowerment

**Drive the implementation of the enterprise’s digital strategy;*
*Coordinate with IT and business departments to improve system and data capabilities;*
*Promote automation, intelligence, and data-driven decision-making;*
*Establish a digital operation and management system.** V. Change Management and Cultural Upgrading

*Develop change communication and implementation plans;*
*Manage change risks and organizational resistance;*
*Drive cultural transformation and value upgrading;*
*Establish a results-oriented and innovation-driven organizational atmosphere.* VI. Performance and Outcome Evaluation

*Establish transformation KPIs and outcome measurement mechanisms;*
*Assess the impact of transformation on revenue, costs, efficiency, and organizational capabilities;*
*Continuously optimize the transformation path and priorities;*
*Provide strategic advice to the CEO or Board of Directors.* VII. Risk and Compliance Management

*Identify operational and strategic risks during the transformation process;*
*Ensure that major changes comply with policies and regulations;*
*Establish risk mitigation and contingency mechanisms;*
*Maintain the company’s brand and long-term value.* Qualifications

*Education Background:* Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration, Strategic Management, Economics, or a related field;

**MBA or relevant executive training background preferred.** Work Experience:

Over 20 years of comprehensive or strategic management experience;

Experience in large-scale transformation projects or organizational restructuring;

Experience in cross-departmental or multi-business unit management;

Experience in consulting firms or large group transformation is preferred.
