About the Role

The President of Makinex’s USA division isn’t just a title – it’s a mission to ignite our growth across North America. Based in Dallas, TX, you will be at the helm, overseeing all operational, sales and marketing functions.

Your leadership will be instrumental in forging powerful strategic partnerships and inspiring a dynamic, high-performing team to surpass ambitious revenue targets.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Crafting and executing bold strategic plans to accelerate sales, expand market share and establish Makinex as a dominant force in the U.S. construction landscape
  • Leading, inspiring and developing our sales and marketing teams to deliver exceptional results that set new industry standards
  • Building and nurturing strategic relationships with key clients, rental companies, distributors, contractors and other industry stakeholders to secure long-term growth
  • Overseeing operational excellence, ensuring safety, efficiency and compliance are at the core of everything we do
  • Analyzing market trends, customer needs and emerging opportunities to position Makinex at the forefront of innovation
  • Amplifying brand awareness through targeted marketing campaigns and industry involvement, including aligning with key associations
  • Managing financial performance with precision – overseeing P&L, budgeting and profitability to ensure sustainable growth
  • Representing Makinex at industry events, trade shows and conferences across the U.S., elevating our brand presence and creating new alliances

About You

You are a dynamic, results-driven President with a sales and marketing bias and proven track record. Your extensive experience and strategic mindset make you the ideal candidate to lead our U.S. expansion.

You possess:

  • Over 10 years of leadership experience in sales and marketing within the construction industry
  • A deep understanding of the U.S. construction market landscape, trends, and customer needs – while construction experience is essential, the ability to recognise and pursue opportunities across related markets and applications will be key to our continued growth
  • Exceptional strategic thinking, negotiation and communication skills
  • Proven track record of executing strategic sales and marketing plans
  • A demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams, influence stakeholders at all levels and drive results.
  • Resilience, adaptability and a passion for growth
  • A relevant degree in Business, Marketing, Construction Management or a related field
  • Be based in Dallas, TX, or willing to relocate to be close to our U.S. headquarters
