Role Summary:
Focuses on building, integrating, and optimizing AI/ML models and data pipelines for regulatory reporting. Brings technical depth to transform requirements into production-grade Gen AI solutions.Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and fine-tune Generative/Agentic AI models (LangChain, LlamaIndex, Azure OpenAI).
  • Develop data pipelines and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems.
  • Integrate vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, ChromaDB, Weaviate) for semantic retrieval.
  • Implement anomaly detection, reporting dashboards, and AI assistants.
  • Ensure performance, scalability, and security of AI systems.
  • Collaborate with SMEs to align technical solutions with regulatory needs.

What They Bring:

  • Strong programming skills (Python, SQL).
  • Hands-on with AI/ML frameworks, vector DBs, and orchestration (Airflow, Databricks, Snowflake).
  • Knowledge of MLOps tools (MLflow, Weights & Biases).
  • Experience in RAG, prompt engineering, and evaluation frameworks.
  • 3-6 years in AI/ML engineering or data engineering roles.”
