JOB DESCRIPTION:
“Lead endtoend design development and deployment of NETbased applications
Collaborate with architects product owners and business stakeholders to define technical solutions
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams
Review code enforce best practices and ensure highquality deliverables
Manage sprint planning task allocation and progress tracking
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across tperson application stack
Ensure adpersonence to security performance and scalability standards
Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes and tools
Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend adoption where appropriate
Required Skills Qualifications
BachelorsMasters degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field
10 years of experience in NET development C ASPNET Core MVC Web API
Strong understanding of objectoriented programming design patterns and SOLID principles
Experience with frontend technologies Angular React or Blazor
Handson experience with SQL Server andor otperson relational databases
Familiarity with cloud platforms Azure preferred
Exposure to CICD pipelines and DevOps practices
Excellent problemsolving communication and team management skills
Preferred Skills
Experience with microservices architecture
Knowledge of containerization Docker Kubernetes
AgileScrum methodology experience
Unit testing and test automation frameworks
Certifications Optional but Preferred
Microsoft Certified Azure Developer Associate
