University Admin CoordinatorWe’re looking for a University Admin Coordinator to support faculty, students, and staff in the office of one of the world’s top business schools.Why You’ll Love This Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support faculty with course preparation, coordination, and presentation materials
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings/appointments, and arrange travel logistics
  • Take meeting notes and distribute follow-ups
  • Process reimbursements, purchases, and expense audits
  • Assist with event coordination and maintain faculty profile websites
  • Oversee day-to-day office operations (room reservations, storage, copy room, kitchenette)

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3+ years of experience in an administrative or office setting
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in higher education
  • Familiarity with SAP or Concur systems
