Role Description This is a full-time on-site position for Travel Therapists. Travel Therapists will engage in delivering exceptional therapeutic care to diverse client populations in various healthcare settings. Responsibilities include assessing patient needs, developing treatment plans, implementing therapeutic interventions, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Additionally, Travel Therapists may take part in documenting progress and modifying treatment plans as needed. Qualifications Proficiency in assessing patient needs and creating tailored treatment plans Experience in implementing therapeutic interventions and working collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams Strong organizational, documentation, and patient record management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to build rapport with patients and team members Willingness to travel frequently and provide on-site therapy across various locations Current state license or eligibility for licensure in Physical, Occupational, or Speech Therapy Detail-oriented with the ability to adapt to different healthcare environments Prior experience in a travel therapy role or healthcare setting is a plus Relevant certifications or advanced training in therapeutic techniques is advantageous
