We are seeking a Training Coordinator to support the firm’s learning and development initiatives. This role combines training delivery, program coordination, content creation, and LMS support. You’ll facilitate webinars, develop documentation and videos, track attendance, and collaborate on training rollouts and technology initiatives.

What You’ll Do

  • Deliver virtual and in-person training sessions
  • Develop engaging training guides, videos, and learning materials
  • Maintain LMS content, track participation, and run reports
  • Coordinate with the training team on schedules, rollouts, and timelines
  • Support firm-wide technology initiatives and recommend process improvements

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of training, instructional design, or related experience (legal/professional services preferred)
  • Strong writing, communication, and content creation skills
  • Experience with LMS platforms and webinar delivery
  • Highly organized, collaborative, and technology-proficient
  • Knowledge of legal tech tools or adult learning principles a plus
