What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Provide phone, email, and chat support to efficiently resolve customer issues
- Troubleshoot and diagnose reported problems to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Build strong relationships with colleagues and customers through effective communication
- Identify, test, and verify issues, providing clear documentation to the development team
- Participate in testing new features and suggest product enhancements based on customer feedback
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- At least one year of experience in a technical help desk or technical support role
- A bachelor’s degree in a related discipline is preferred; education requirements may be waived based on practical experience
- Practical knowledge of the healthcare industry is a plus
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a charismatic phone presence
- Ability to work a flexible 8-hour schedule between 7 AM – 7 PM CST, Monday through Friday
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Familiarity with Salesforce and Microsoft Teams; basic understanding of SQL is a plus
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ownership of work responsibilities
- Empathetic customer advocacy with active listening skills
- Insatiable curiosity for learning how things work
- Experience in a customer-focused role within the healthcare sector
