Key Responsibilities

1. Perform direct patient care duties.

2. Provide temporary relief on an ad hoc basis, or for specific short term assignments according to their level of clinical competency with appropriate clinical supervision and guidance provided by the employing hospitals.

Entry Requirements

1. Students undertaking a pre-registration nursing program recognized by the Nursing Council of Hong Kong in a local university / institute or local nursing school.

2. Currently studying in their final year or in the year immediately preceding their final year as of September 2026.

3. Fluent Cantonese.

2. Nursing students who are currently working as TUNS in Hospital Authority (HA) neednot re-apply.

3. Applicants should submit the Certification Letter for verification on the Year / Class of study issued by their institutions when approached by the HA Human Resources Department.

4. Selected candidates are subject to central deployment to clusters.
