Description Position at Pilgrim’sJOB POSTINGBroadway FacilityJob Title:Temporary Quality Assurance Technician- 2nd Shift Tank RoomLocation:Broadway Processing PlantPosition Summary: This individual will be responsible for performing HACCP, SSOP and quality checks to ensure that product meets plant, USDA and customer expectations. This person will also be responsible for pre-operational sanitation checks.Education and Experience Requirements: High school diploma or GED required. Must have a basic understanding of microbiology, HACCP and Pathogen Reduction Techniques. Basic computer skills helpful.Skill Summary:

• Knowledge of statistical process control and/or problem-solving techniques.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
• Able to read and comprehend English.
• Must be a team player and have a positive attitude.
• Excellent attendance and work record.
• Excellent employee relations skills.
