We are looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications: – A degree in computer science, information technology, or a comparable field (DEC/AEC accepted). – At least 3 years of experience in technical support. – Mandatory experience with Fortinet products (minimum of 2 years). – Bilingual proficiency in French and English (spoken and written) – compliance with Law 101. – Availability for 24/7 emergency calls (on-call rotation). – Excellent skills in network security troubleshooting. – Ability to work effectively under pressure during critical security incidents.

Responsibilities:


In this role, you will be tasked with: – Providing level 1 technical support to end users. – Administering and maintaining Fortinet solutions (FortiGate, FortiManager, FortiAnalyzer). – Responding to emergency calls around the clock to resolve critical security incidents. – Configuring and troubleshooting FortiGate firewalls and security policies. – Diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues. – Managing SSL and IPSec VPNs using FortiClient and FortiGate. – Installing, configuring, and maintaining IT equipment. – Analyzing security logs using FortiAnalyzer. – Documenting all incidents and resolutions in the ticketing system. – Escalating complex issues to specialized teams. – Performing preventive maintenance on security systems. – Traveling to client sites in the Greater Montreal area as needed.
