Technical Project Manager Location Torrance CA Company CanQualify Position Summary The Technical Project Manager serves as the primary liaison between customers Product Leadership and Software Engineering This role gathers and documents business requirements translates customer needs into scalable software solutions and partners with Python and React development teams throughout the Agile development lifecycle Work Schedule MondayFriday 600 AM230 PM Pacific TimeTwo flexible evening collaboration sessions per week with the India based engineering team as neededEssential Duties & Responsibilities Lead customer discovery sessions and stakeholder interviewsDocument current and future state workflows and business requirementsCreate BRDs FRDs user stories acceptance criteria and process mapsPartner with Product and Engineering teams during Agile ceremoniesSupport QA UAT release planning and production deploymentsAnalyze APIs integrations data mapping reporting and workflow automationCommunicate project status risks dependencies and timelinesRequired Qualifications 3 years of Business Analyst Solutions Analyst Product Analyst or similar experienceExperience gathering requirements from customers and stakeholdersExperience writing user stories and functional requirementsExperience working in AgileScrum environmentsExcellent communication organization and analytical skillsAbility to manage multiple prioritiesPreferred Qualifications SaaS software experienceKnowledge of Python React REST APIs integrations and JiraConfluenceAzure DevOpsExperience with compliance supplier management procurement ESG risk or vendor management platformsTechnical Competencies Requirements GatheringProcess MappingUser Story DevelopmentAgileScrumAPI & Integration ConceptsWorkflow DesignData AnalysisRelease ManagementStakeholder CommunicationHP1
