Title: Technical Program Manager

Duration: 6 months

Responsibilities

  • Track component and subsystem deliverables against vehicle program design release gates.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules aligned with key company milestones.
  • Monitor supplier software and firmware deliveries in accordance with defined release plans.
  • Support issue resolution workflows, help unblock technical barriers, and ensure timely updates on ticket status and next steps.
  • Prioritize engineering issues based on severity and project timelines, coordinating efforts with relevant stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
  • 6–8 years of experience in the development of electromechanical systems, ideally for automotive or aerospace applications.
  • Strong understanding of thermal system architecture and subsystem integration.
  • Familiarity with electro-mechanical product development and manufacturing processes.
  • Proficiency in program management tools such as JIRA, Gantt charts, ERP systems, and PLM platforms.
