  1. About the Opportunity:

The Technical Program Manager will play a pivotal role connecting internal product teams with key government and commercial customers. This position requires managing complex interdependencies across engineering, data science, and product management to deliver cybersecurity solutions that empower analysts. The role demands high autonomy and judgment to navigate government environments and ensures alignment between technical progress and strict customer requirements. The TPM acts as the organizational link, maintaining momentum and supporting mission success through effective program management and stakeholder engagement.

  1. Responsibilities:

• Coordinate cross-functional teams through the full product development lifecycle

• Serve as the primary liaison between leadership and government/commercial customers

• Manage complex contracts and deliverables, ensuring mission-critical deadlines are met

• Navigate and resolve internal and external stakeholder challenges proactively

• Develop and maintain frameworks for project planning, resource allocation, and progress tracking

• Align customer requirements with the long-term product roadmap and strategic goals

  1. Requirements:

• 8 years in technical program management or engineering, including experience with complex software projects in US government or national security settings

• Strong organizational diplomacy with ability to influence without formal authority

• Technical fluency in software development processes and modern infrastructure

• Knowledge of cybersecurity principles such as Zero Trust Architecture, Application Security, Threat Hunting, and Incident Response

• Active US government TS/SCI security clearance and US citizenship required

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment

• Excellent communication skills to translate technical information for leadership and customers

Even Better If You Have:

• Experience in early-stage startups (Seed to Series B)

• Hands-on cybersecurity engineering or SOC operations experience

• Background in data analysis, machine learning, or AI-driven products

  1. Pay Range and Compensation Package:

• Salary range: $165,000-$185,000, based on experience, skills, and other relevant factors
