Professional Summary

Results-driven Technical Project Manager with extensive experience leading Telecom Network System and OSS/BSS integration projects across multi-vendor, multi-technology environments. Skilled in managing the full project lifecycle from requirement analysis and solution design to deployment and post-implementation support ensuring alignment between technical performance and business objectives. Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams, manage complex stakeholder relationships, and deliver projects on time, within scope, and under budget.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end project management for telecom network and OSS/BSS solution rollouts (Core Network, RAN, Transmission, IP/MPLS, NMS/EMS, etc.).
  • Drive integration between network systems and OSS/BSS platforms (e.g., inventory, provisioning, fault, performance, billing, CRM).
  • Collaborate with network engineering, IT, and operations teams to ensure seamless interoperability across systems.
  • Manage vendor and partner coordination (Ericsson, Nokia, Huawei, Netcracker, Amdocs, Oracle Communications, etc.).
  • Develop detailed project plans, budgets, and risk assessments, and monitor progress through KPIs and performance dashboards.
  • Oversee testing, migration, and cutover activities with minimal service disruption.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards (3GPP, TM Forum, ITIL) and internal governance frameworks.
  • Prepare executive-level project reports, presentations, and post-project evaluations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor s/Master s in Telecommunications, Computer Science, or Electrical Engineering
  • PMP / PRINCE2 / ITIL / Agile certification preferred
  • 7 15 years of experience in telecom project management with exposure to both network systems and OSS/BSS domains
