Technical Advisor – Full Stack Developer
Requirements
Must have:
– An active TS/SCI clearance is mandatory. – Ability to work on-site in San Antonio, TX up to five days each week as per customer needs. – Bachelors degree in a relevant field is essential. – A Masters degree can replace up to 2 years of professional experience. – IAT Level II certification is required. – Minimum of 10 years of experience in the relevant functional area. – 10 years of software development experience in object-oriented and scripted languages, with proficiency in DevSecOps tools, microservices, and containers. – At least 2 years of experience with container technologies such as Kubernetes, Docker, and Amazon EKS. – 5 years of experience using bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira). – 5 years of experience testing web-based applications across multiple security domains, including unclassified, classified, and Top Secret. – Minimum 5 years of leading software development projects or programs. – Proven experience in preparing, conducting, and documenting various system tests to ensure operational capabilities and compliance with standards. – Hands-on experience with integrating RESTful interfaces and managing RESTful information. – Experience in developing and deploying software within a cloud environment.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the development and execution of assigned projects. – Handle the technical planning, development, testing, deployment support, and assessment of system functionalities. – Conduct high-level systems analysis, evaluation, design, integration, documentation, and implementation of complex systems, requiring comprehensive technical knowledge. – Provide daily technical and professional guidance and leadership. – Act as a subject matter expert for the tasks outlined. – Deliver analytical skills and technical support for process enhancements, specialized studies, and requirement definitions. – Manage oversight of contractor engineering and all phases of system development relevant to the JCO system and its capabilities. – Serve as the primary liaison to the JCC2 PMO concerning the technical advancement of prioritized capabilities and the detailed breakdown of requirements. – Engage in typical duties such as leading technical analyses and planning, drafting and reviewing requirements documents, creating procedures, and developing functional architecture.
