What You Can Expect
Paragon 28, a Zimmer Biomet Company focused on orthopedic medical devices and instrumentation for the foot and ankle, is hiring a Talent Acquisition Partner (Contract). The Recruiter has responsibility for driving timely recruiting and onboarding of new and replacement hires in our fast-growing organization. This role utilizes the Paycom ATS system for recruiting throughout the organization. This is a hybrid position requiring onsite presence in our Englewood, Colorado Office.
How You’ll Create Impact

Partner with hiring managers throughout organization to determine essential hiring requirements of positions and establish timeline for action

Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices

Ensure proper steps are completed in Paycom

Confirm proper compensation target ranges for new and current roles before posting

Ensure state posting requirements are met for all roles

Pro-actively search and source for candidates utilizing various job boards; screen resumes and make candidate recommendations to managers

Perform phone screens and assist with in person interviews, drive process toward hire

Maintain appropriate notes/records in Paycom ATS

Ensure all necessary reference checks and background screens are completed

Keep candidates appropriately informed as to their status and anticipated timelines

Serve as liaison with employment agencies, colleges, and any industry associations

Partner with HR Leadership to establish and maintain annual hiring plan

Maintain hiring statistics, including number of total candidates, finalists and referring sources

Complete weekly and monthly staffing reports

Drive continuous improvement to this process

Assist HR team members as appropriate

Your Background
-
Four-year degree preferred
-
3 — 5 years prior experience recruiting all levels of employees; prior recruiting preferred

Prior experience using the Paycom ATS system helpful

High level written and verbal communication skills, including listening.

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and consistent work practices required.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to present complex data in a logical, organized format.

Ability to maintain strict confidentiality

Proficient with Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Word
Travel Expectations
Up to 20% travel possible
Compensation Data
Hourly Rate $40.00-60.00 USD per hour depending on skills and experience
