Position Summary: The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for leading, developing, and executing Yrefy’s full‑cycle recruitment strategy across technical, sales, and

professional roles.

Phase 1 – Initially this position will be the primary Technical Recruiter, serving to reduce spend on agency hires and to quickly ramp up the Invessio team.

  • Build strong partnerships with hiring managers – serve as an advisor on talent trends and market insights.
  • Proactively source passive candidates using multiple platforms.
  • Manage all phases of recruiting including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
  • Partner with the Director of Human Resources to develop and manage Yrefy’s company-wide recruiting strategy.
  • Manage the applicant tracking system and other tech platforms to optimize the recruitment function.
  • Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.

Phase 2 – Build, lead, and mentor a high‑performing Talent Acquisition team to support technical, sales, and professional recruiting needs.

  • Define team roles, responsibilities, and performance expectations as the organization grows.

  • Conduct regular 1:1 meetings, coaching sessions, and performance reviews for recruiting team members.

  • Create a culture of collaboration, accountability, continuous improvement, and data‑driven decision‑making within the TA function.

  • Ensure the team consistently delivers a high-quality candidate and hiring manager experience.

  • Provide ongoing professional development opportunities for recruiters, including workshops, certifications, and tools training.

  • Establish clear KPIs and dashboards for the TA team and hold team members accountable to results.

Qualifications

  • 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
  • Experience managing technical and sales pipelines.
  • Strong sourcing and interviewing skills.
  • Proficiency with ATS systems and sourcing technologies.
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business preferred.
