Role Description
Blush Connect is seeking a full-time Talent Acquisition Consultant to join our team on-site in Los Angeles, CA. In this role, you will oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, identify and engage top talent, deliver exceptional candidate experiences, and collaborate with hiring managers to fulfill organizational talent needs. You will be required to build strong pipelines, conduct interviews, provide expert hiring advice, and contribute to overall strategic workforce planning.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting, with experience in sourcing, hiring, and onboarding candidates
- Skill in Consulting and providing support and guidance to hiring managers
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills for building relationships with both talent and internal teams
- Experience conducting interviews and assessing candidate qualifications effectively
- Ability to work within tight deadlines and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of the entertainment or talent management industry is a significant advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
