Systems Operations Engineer (Production Support/Application support)

Introduction We are seeking a dedicated and skilled professional to join our team in Irving, TX. This role involves supporting production systems and applications with a focus on ensuring smooth operations and addressing any issues promptly.Required Skills & Qualifications

• Applicants must be able to work directly for the company on a W2 basis.
• Proficiency in Linux and Windows operating systems.
• Strong SQL and Unix skills.
• Experience with Autosys as the main batch scheduler, including troubleshooting issues and checking lock files/Control M.
• Knowledge of Spring Boot and microservices architecture.
• Understanding of Oracle databases.
• Familiarity with CI/CD processes.
• Experience with ticketing tools for issue tracking and resolution.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with automation tools and processes.
• Background in client environments.
• Ability to quickly adapt and start contributing to the team.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Provide production support for critical applications and systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system and application issues promptly.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system reliability and performance.
