Systems Integration Specialist (Tech focus)
Requirements
Must have:
– 2 to 4 years of experience in systems integration, VoIP, or IT-related positions – Strong grasp of IP-based systems and configuration methodologies – Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving technical challenges across various platforms – Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in documentation – Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on customer service – Experience with cloud-based solutions and contemporary communication technologies (preferred) – Familiarity with multi-system environments and integration processes (preferred) – Background in client-facing technical roles (preferred)
Responsibilities:
- Configure, program, and support IP-based systems across diverse platforms – Deploy and maintain SmartHost Voice Services and associated technologies – Set up user accounts, manage permissions, and establish workflows and system features – Provision, set up, and deploy end-user devices, including IP phones – Integrate systems to enable smooth communication and operational performance – Diagnose and resolve system performance and configuration challenges – Implement system updates, upgrades, and continuous optimization – Offer remote and system-level technical assistance to clients – Work collaboratively with internal teams to guarantee systems are fully operational and configured – Keep precise records of system configurations and client environments – Educate clients on system functionalities and recommended practices
