Systems Engineer – Threats
Requirements
Must have:
– U.S. Citizenship – Current DoD Secret Level Security Clearance – Bachelors degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field – Over 5 years of relevant experience – Skilled in Linux, Bash scripting, and MATLAB – Experience in algorithm design and development – Background in physics and trajectory analysis – Proficient in C++ and Python programming languages – Experience in Agile frameworks and Atlassian tools such as Jira or Confluence – Familiarity with DevSecOps environments and engineering tools like DOORs, Git, or Cameo – Interest in Model-Based Systems Engineering solutions – Preferred: Masters degree or PhD in a relevant STEM field
Responsibilities:
- Develop threat models and perform data analytics and threat behavior assessments – Collect and define system requirements, along with system functionality – Create and implement testing plans and procedures – Troubleshoot, debug, and identify solutions to enhance system capabilities – Take ownership of increasingly complex tasks, ensuring timely completion and thorough documentation of results – Lead project demonstrations to showcase progress and solutions
