Our team is responsible for integrating and testing mission-system capabilities on advanced aircraft, in high-fidelity laboratory on flight-test-bed as well as flight-test solutions that enable the development of next-generation platformsWhat You Will Be Doing:
As the SST Engineer you will support the team that integrates and validates mission-system functions across lab, flying-test-bed, and flight-test environments. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing test requirements and detailed procedures based on system specifications.
  • Executing integration and test activities in laboratory settings and evaluating system performance on flying test-beds.
  • Supporting mission-system flight-test evaluations and reporting results to stakeholders.
  • Leveraging a deep technical background and strong communication skills to interface with engineers, pilots, and program leadership.
  • Applying expertise in modern, software-intensive mission-system architectures and a solid understanding of military aircraft functionality.

  • Bachelor or Above Degree in Technical Engineering Discipline or 3+ relevant experience.

  • Experience with Avionics, hardware, or software Systems Integration and Test Procedure Development

Desired skills

  • Avionics, Mission Planning and Integration and Test experience

  • Background, experience with requirements development and integration and test processes

  • Strong laboratory skills, flight test experience a plus

  • Networking experience a plus

  • Experience working across multiple engineering domains

  • Script development in Eggplant, Python, and Batch
