Location: Fort Worth TX, Marietta GA

As an Associate Systems Engineer, you will begin building your expertise in system reliability and maintainability by supporting key components and suppliers on the F-35 platform. This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in modeling, prediction, analysis, and system optimization while making meaningful contributions to aircraft performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the analysis, tracking, and sustainment

of mechanical and electrical components within

the F-35 program.

  • Interpret field data and generate meaningful

performance metrics to evaluate component and

system health.

  • Collaborate with external organizations to

ensure accurate and complete R&M

representation across program areas.

Desired Skills

  • Knowledge and experience with aircraft

maintainers and aircraft maintenance

procedures.

  • Knowledge and experience with aircraft

maintenance documentation.

  • Ability to work with multiple teams to

build consensus in process implementation and

problem resolution.

  • Learn how to and become capable of gathering and analyzing data and to accomplish complex tasks.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to

present technical information to a broad set of

internal and external stakeholders

  • Basic Knowledge/Understanding of Systems

Engineering Principles is also desired.

  • Degree from an accredited college in an Engineering discipline is advantageous but not required
