Systems Administrator (Full-Time)

Seeking an experienced Systems Administrator (Level III-IV) to support mission-critical data processing and archival systems in a scientific environment.

Responsibilities include managing RHEL-based systems, supporting data flow from international observatories, deploying software in Docker, monitoring system performance, developing automation tools with Python and SQL, and serving as a Level-3 escalation point for incidents.

Requires a Bachelor’s in a related field, 4+ years of Linux experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and proficiency in automation platforms like Ansible, Docker, and monitoring tools such as Prometheus.

Excellent communication, teamwork, and ability to work across distributed sites are essential.
