The Opportunity:
Join CACI as the prime contractor on a growing program supporting NAVSEA 03D3 Digital Program Office as a Senior Systems Administrator supporting the Navy Maintenance and Modernization Enterprise Solution (NMMES), a mission-critical program that supports over 45,000 users executing naval ship and submarine maintenance operations worldwide.Responsibilities: Organize and direct the configuration and operation of information management systemsDirect the work of other system administrators to provide day-to-day system administrationLead system and resource optimization effortsConduct capacity and performance analysisProvide system configuration change and upgrade recommendationsIncrease system administrator efficiency through automated tools and scriptsDevelop system administration proceduresConduct system administrator training and skills assessmentOversee enterprise-wide system operationsLead implementation of security controls and compliance measuresManage complex system integrationsProvide technical leadership and mentoring to junior administratorsQualifications:

Required: Bachelor’s Degree preferredAt least 10 years of experience in system administration within DoD/Navy programsExtensive knowledge of system administration principles and practicesExperience leading technical teamsStrong understanding of enterprise IT operationsProven track record of system optimization and automationExperience with performance analysis and capacity planningDesired: Advanced technical certificationsExperience with cloud technologiesKnowledge of DevOps practicesSecurity certificationsSAFe certificationScripting and automation expertiseExperience with enterprise monitoring toolsAdditional Information: This position offers an opportunity to lead system administration efforts for critical Navy maintenance systems.
