System Support Analyst I (Mon-Fri 7am-4pm Eastern time)

- About the Opportunity:
The System Support Analyst I serves as the primary technical contact for customers using the organization’s InteleShare software, supporting a range of clients from large hospital networks to smaller radiology facilities. This remote, night shift role provides real-time technical support, ensuring software is correctly configured and operational. The position is critical for maintaining system performance, resolving technical issues promptly, and sustaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Responsibilities:
• Provide technical support to customers via phone and portal, monitor client sites, and resolve cases promptly
• Diagnose and troubleshoot complex technical issues involving software, Windows OS, SQL Server, and related technologies
• Log and document all incidents and problems using the ServiceNow ticketing system
• Install and configure InteleShare software to meet customer operational needs
• Prioritize work based on service level agreements and escalate issues when necessary
• Participate in knowledge sharing, publish Knowledge Base articles, and support projects to improve support operations
• Work Monday-Friday, 7am-4pm Eastern time
- Requirements:
• 1-2 years of experience in Windows administration and technical customer support
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows OS for servers and workstations
• Proven customer service skills with strong client interaction abilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English or equivalent
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a client-facing environment
• Capability to work remotely using secure connections and remote desktop tools
Preferred:
• Experience with SQL queries
• Knowledge of Linux and Mac OS
• Experience with SaaS or cloud environments
• Experience in medical or research settings, familiarity with DICOM, HL7, HIPAA, Healthcare IT, PACS, or RIS
- Pay Range and Compensation Package:
• The base pay for this position ranges from $27-32 per hour within any geographic market in the USA. Pay may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Bonus and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, including medical, financial, retirement, PTO, and other benefits.
