Description Job Summary The Security and Systems Administrator provides administrative and support functions to Campus Technology The primary function of this position is enterprise administration and as a tier three point of escalation for the Help Desk team Key Responsibilities Security and Systems Administration;Account creation and security profiles Network and Email;Software patch and compliance desktop and server;Full Software support lifecycle research packaging deployment support;Server backup and maintenance;Archive and data storage;Assist support technicians with incidents requiring escalation;Any special assignmentsprojects requested by supervisorPerform other related duties as assigned and specific to area of responsibility Specific Skills and Qualifications Bachelor degree in computer science or in related field preferredTwo years related job experience neededSuccessful completion of background check MVR and credit check may be requiredProvide end user support for technology solutionsAbility to confidently demonstrate software and technology solutions to Southwestern employeesCollaborate in a team environmentResearch technology solutions for organizational
