System Administrator – TS/SCI Full Scope Poly required
Seeking a System Administrator to support customer’s integrated learning enterprise. Requirement includes some network experience. Core hours are 9-3. Travel between buildings may be requested.Mandatory skills needed:- TS/SCI FS Poly- Demonstrated experience with system administration in Windows & Linux/Centos Server environment.
- Demonstrated experience with Cisco ISE, Umbrella, DNAC
- Familiarity with Apple IOS
- Demonstrated professional experience defining, requesting, configuring, and monitoring Cloud server architectures to include Amazon Web Server EC2, RDS, S3, and Elastic Load Balancer, Route 53 in a Tier 3 support environment.
- Demonstrated professional experience developing and implementing system upgrades.
- Demonstrated experience identifying technical risks and risk mitigation strategies
- Demonstrated experience providing Operations & Maintenance, Tier 1-3 Support
- Demonstrated customer relationship management skills.
- Demonstrated experience creating and updating procedures e.g., Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Desired skills: – Demonstrated experience using Agile management systems and methods such as Kanban or Scrum
- Demonstrated experience with wireless
- Demonstrated experience with Cisco Duo, Splunk and Meraki
- Demonstrated experience working in the DevSecOps environment e.g., CI/CD pipeline, cloudformation
- Demonstrated experience utilizing CLIs with Windows, AWS, Linux and Cisco environments.
- Demonstrated experience moving systems through the accreditation and authorization (A&A) process and monitoring for compliance.
- Demonstrated experience with gathering evidence to support the A&A process e.g., POA&Ms.
- Demonstrated professional experience installing and configuring the Moodle Learning Management System.
- Demonstrate experience with Database engineering, development and administration.
