System Administrator – Azure Virtual Desktop Specialist

We require a seasoned Level 3 System Administrator with over 5 years of experience in enterprise environments. The ideal candidate should possess solid expertise in deploying and managing Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD). You should have a strong command of Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policies. Familiarity with PowerShell scripting for automation and administration tasks is essential. Additionally, knowledge of Azure services, including networking, storage, and security, along with excellent problem-solving and communication skills, is necessary. Proficiency in both French and English is mandatory.
Responsibilities:
As a System Administrator, you will be tasked with the administration and maintenance of Windows Server environments, Active Directory, and Group Policies. You will deploy, configure, and manage Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) environments, including scaling, image management, and user access. Your role includes monitoring system performance and implementing enhancements for reliability and efficiency. You will also oversee patch management, updates, and the security of virtual servers and desktops. Resolving complex issues in both on-premise and cloud infrastructures and documenting processes, configurations, and system changes for compliance and knowledge sharing will be part of your duties. Collaboration with network, security, and application teams is crucial to ensure seamless integration, and you’ll provide Level 3 support for escalated incidents and service requests.
