Surgery Center Cleaner
Now Hiring: Evening Surgery Center Cleaner — Royal Oak, MI (Coolidge Hwy & W 14 Mile)
Corporate Cleaning Group is growing, and we’re looking for dependable team members who take pride in their work! No experience needed — we provide paid training.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 PM–9:00 PM (3 hour shift to start, eventually growing to 4 hours)
Pay: $14/hr (bi-weekly via direct deposit)
Start Immediately — Scrubs Provided
Position Overview
This role is responsible for terminally cleaning assigned areas within a surgery center following CCG procedures and standards.
Job Duties:
- General cleaning of areas within a surgery center including ORs and sterile corridors
- Vacuuming (backpack & upright), sweeping, mopping
- Trash removal (must be able to lift up to 50 lbs)
- Dusting, wiping surfaces, and cleaning glass
- Restocking supplies
- Securing the building at end of shift
- OR / Sterile cleaning
Requirements:
- Must be 18
- Reliable transportation
- Able to lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs
- Willing to undergo a background check
- Strong work ethic & attention to detail
- Team-oriented and dependable
- Willing to download mobile app on phone to complete nightly checklists
- Comfortable working in a medical environment where you may encounter small amounts of blood and bodily fluids
- Scrubs & other PPE required (will be provided)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior cleaning experience is helpful but not required
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Good time management and organization
