Develops schedules and manpower requirements for assigned areas. Responsibilities include coordination and alignment of resources to meet Lam’s safety, production, and organizational objectives. Assign resources and activities based on production priorities, material availability, ship date, and personnel skill Monitor capacity, progression and risk of production line Address supply chain/logistics issues by following designated escalation paths Implement continuous improvement methods to reduce labor and production costs Complete employee performance reviews, create employee development plans and conduct regular one on ones Perform interview activities in accordance with organizational staffing plan Exemplify Lam’s safety culture by demonstrating a Safety-First mindset Investigate and document safety events utilizing EHS reporting system and working with EHS resources to develop mitigating/corrective actions Inspect and monitor work area by completing RMBWA’s Ensure employee safety training requirements are met Address safety escalations and enforce company policies Lead/participate in staff meetings with leadership team Encourage teamwork through open communication and collaborative problem-solving Conduct Monthly 1:1’s with employees to monitor performance and provide coaching At minimum 2 years manufacturing experience Able to work 12 hour shifts in a clean room environment wearing PPE (bunny suit, safety glasses, masks, shields, gloves, safety footwear) Proficiency with use of computer software and database applications (Microsoft Outlook/Word/PowerPoint, Email, SAP, KM Matrix, QuickBase, iQMS) Ability to effectively communicate in English (read, write, speak) Develop knowledge of HR Policies and procedures Manage, coach and mentor team members Access/sort information/organize thoughts/document/keep track of events Run/organize staff meetings utilizing PowerPoint/oral presentation/create own graphs/follow previous formats Work Schedule is Back End Nights – Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and every other Saturday. 5:00pm to 5:30am. A degree or equivalent with 6 years of related experience as an individual contributor. Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories – On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. ‘On-site Flex’ you’ll work 3 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. ‘Virtual Flex’ you’ll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.
