Summer/Fall Co-Op Internship

The Wesson Group is a leading heavy civil and infrastructure contractor specializing in transportation, energy, and environmental projects. With a focus on quality, safety, and sustainability, we are dedicated to delivering projects that meet the highest standards while building stronger communities.We are seeking a motivated Co-Op Intern to collaborate on projects throughout Western New York for a Summer/Fall internship. This is a full-time, hourly position.Responsibilities:

• Working with the Project Engineers to develop and submit RFI’s and required submittals
• Tracking of project costs, quantities and Subcontractors performance
• Assist with material resourcing, implementation and distribution of procurement documents
• Assist the QA/QC team with daily inspections and documentation
• Represent the Company in conjunction with the QA/QC team during project progress meetings.
• Supporting of the contract requirements as well as the overall project schedule.
• Perform additional assignments on site

Skills & Qualifications

• Working toward a degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
• Minimum of 3.0 GPA
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office
• Excellent writing and communication skills required
• Must have own transportation
• Willingness to work in both office and field environments, with travel to project sites in Western New York.
