The team operates with a lean, entrepreneurial structure, providing hands-on experience and a clear path for professional growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare materials and analysis for Investment Committee and financing partners.
  • Conduct due diligence and market research to evaluate project risk and returns.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with legal, technical, and project management teams throughout deal execution.

Qualifications

  • 1–4 years of experience in investment banking, project finance, or energy-related financial analysis.
  • Strong Excel and financial modeling capabilities; comfort working with DCF, tax equity, and debt structures.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Highly organized and capable of managing multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related analytical discipline. (Master’s preferred.)

Compensation & Work Environment

  • Competitive base salary and performance-based bonus.
  • Comprehensive benefits including health insurance, 401(k), and PTO.
  • Collaborative hybrid work environment with strong exposure to senior leadership and investors.
