THE OPPORTUNITY

We are expanding our network of Independent Consulting Partners focused on Capital Markets and LP Relations. This is an entrepreneurial, revenue-sharing partnership designed for sophisticated brokers and advisors who want to leverage a multi-disciplinary “Brain Trust” to institutionalize their deal flow and scale their reach.

YOUR ROLE

This partnership is designed to be bidirectional, driving value across your practice and ours:

  • Leverage the Brain Trust: Bring the BI “Brain Trust” into your existing client engagements to provide institutional-grade CFO Solutions, technical due diligence, and vertical-specific expertise (Energy, Tech, etc.) to de-risk and close complex rounds.
  • Originate & Execute: Partner with BI on our internal engagements to provide capital-raising expertise and introductions for our high-growth consulting clients.
  • Strategic Advisory: Act as a trusted advisor, bridging the gap between “Capital” and “Intelligence” to help organizations achieve sustainable advantage.

YOUR STRENGTHS

  • Proven Track Record: 10 years in capital raising, PE/VC, or Family Office advisory.
  • Regulatory Standing: Demonstrated ability to operate within the legal frameworks of your jurisdiction of residence (e.g., MAS, FCA, SEC/FINRA).
  • Multi-Vertical Fluency: Ability to navigate complex conversations across sectors like Energy Transition, Predictive Intelligence, and Global Policy.

THE RELATIONSHIP

  • Entrepreneurial Model: This is an independent contractor role with a high-upside, revenue-sharing structure based on successful placements and consulting engagements.
